Safety notice
Cold water immersion carries a risk of cold shock and cardiac events. Do not use alone. Keep sessions short and get out immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy or short of breath.
It is not suitable during pregnancy, or for people with heart conditions, high blood pressure or circulatory disorders, without medical advice first. Keep children and non-swimmers under direct supervision whenever a tub holds water.
A filled tub plus occupant can exceed 400 kg. Place it only on a surface rated to carry that load, and empty it or fit the cover when it isn't in use.
